BSOD when i start pc or close lid for a while
everytime i start my computer it crashes.
i'm so defeated.
please someone help.
it even crash when i was trying to upload this question..that why the description is shorter now.
BSOD all the time when i start and when i open lid of laptop from idling.
i leave laptop screen up.
BSOD is starting to be a huge issue and I tried to fix myself.
also, forgot how to upload minidump file for people to see.
can some list a site to upload minidump so i can link it.
here is what i have so far...from blue screen view...

i did the memtest and it passed without any problems.
a friend of mine read my minidump files and told me it was the drivers that were messing me up.
i recently did and clean install of win 7 and went to the community forums for my specific laptop
to get the latest drivers and so far its been working great.
although the other time worked great at first and didn't show any signs of blue screening until the following day.
I really feel that its fixed this time.
for anyone out there that reads this thread
and has similar issues.
Check you Drivers!!! don't use the disc that came with your laptop/pc or component.
Always check if there are new drivers for it...then check if there are newer drivers than that!! lol.
Its always good to check if there is a community
forum for your item/pc/laptop...they might have links to the older or better drivers (not everything new is better for you) if could also be hardware....run memtest86+ and chk disc to make sure there are no errors.
but its usually a software issue.
best to check that before you think about sending it back in to RMA.
:) Hopefully you read this and save yourself a lot of time and stress...my situation my not apply to everyone but if it can help someone, that would be cool.

If you failed to fix it, another option is to call Microsoft and walk through the process with a technician. To do this, dial "1-800-936-5700". Explain the error that you received and the steps in the update process during which it was displayed. The technician will be able to walk through the steps from getting a new product key to finishing the installation.
