Tech Support: Autofit row height with wrapped text (Excel 2007).

Autofit row height with wrapped text (Excel 2007).

Excel 2007.  I have a cell that is formatted to wrap text.  After I input the text, I select the entire worksheet and use the format command for autofit row height to display all text.  It does NOT display all text when I use the autofit row height command.
If I adjust the row height manually all text displays.  This worksheet has in excess of 200 rows and the amount of text in each cell varies so each row is a different height.  I do not want to have to manually adjust every row.  Any thoughts on why autofit
is not working?

To answer the first part your question, normally Excel can display up to 1024 characters in a cell, anything beyond that is clipped off, however the data is present in the cell.
Refer to link below that mentions the limitations of Excel 2007

As an alternate workaround try increasing the column width in excel or one of the users from the Microsoft newsgroup Communities has posted a macro to auto fit text as you type it in a cell
