Fast Solution to Error: audio is making a noise like a cd skippng, everyfive minutes

audio is making a noise like a cd skippng, everyfive minutes

I have run all the trouble shooter's that I can and I have no idea what is wrong with the audio.
i'm not very computer literate so excuse the way I explain this.
when I did the audio trouble shooter I get a message saying no issues found but when I ask for
additional info.
it says audio builder or something else is not running.

if anyone has any idea what I should do or what causes this, please let me know or how I can correct it.

thanks
